AnAloha LLC Shipping Policy: Tax Rates: No tax is charged when purchases are shipped outside the state of Hawaii. For purchases shipped to Hawaii addresses, sales tax (currently 4.16%) is added by your cart at checkout.

Cancellation Policy: Generally we ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Up until it is shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Once shipped, there is no refund. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact either 808-661-5274 or Anne-Laure@AnAloha.com for instructions on how to return (and a Return Authorization Number).
